The Buy, Sell, Trade board is provided by MuskieFIRST for our REGISTERED users to sell personally owned, used fishing products and Basement Baits in limited numbers.
Limit your sales to three active threads at a time, please.
YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED USER AND LOGGED IN TO START A THREAD ON THIS BOARD.
THIS BOARD IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A PLACE TO RETAIL PRODUCT AS A MANUFACTURER OR RESELLER. IF YOU WISH TO RETAIL PRODUCT IN SUBSTANTIAL NUMBERS, CONTACT THE ADMIN AND A PROGRAM MAY BE ARRANGED FOR YOU.
YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED USER TO POST AN AD. YOU ALSO MUST PROVIDE YOUR REAL NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS TO ANY BUYER IMMEDIATELY UPON REQUEST.
In light of the fact a single reel can bring as much as $400.00, we've bumped up the allowed maximum to $1000.00 per thread. You must post an asking price for your items in your listing.
MuskieFIRST asks you to follow these rules:
1) Limit on total asking price for product in any thread can not exceed $1000.00. Do not post multiple items in the title. A short description is all that is necessary, not the name of every item for sale.
2) Please limit yourself to three active threads at any one time with the total asking price no more than $1000.00 in each. If you have three older but still active threads and want to start another, please consolidate the older threads into no more than THREE, any more than that will be deleted.
3) If you have sold your product or consolidated any of it into another thread, please post that thread as SOLD so we know to delete it.
4) Please do not "ttt" or "bump" your thread to the top of the forum in the thread or the title. This means by any form, including the 'PM's Answered' or other versions of 'ttt' INCLUDING the now famous 'price reduced'. Sell the product for your asking price or take less in offers on the thread or in a PM; adjusting your prices is not an excuse to TTT your thread. Doing so will guarantee the post gets deleted. You can update the post if the price changes or if some of the items are sold by posting details, but adding 'prices dropped' or like titles (especially in capital letters) is discouraged.
5) After completing a sale (both as buyer and seller) it is a good idea to print out the thread as a form of "receipt" before the post gets deleted.
6) Do not post ads asking folks to go the EBAY or other forums or elsewhere. If you have something to sell, post it here or don't post it.
7) Please do not post 'looking for' threads asking to purchase items like trucks, boats, and motors that are obviously over the pricing limit on this board. Doing so encourages sellers to post items that are over the limit.
8) Do not post your add all in caps. If you post the title in caps, the thread will be deleted. You don't need to shout, everyone here can see your ad just fine.
9) Anyone reported as being abusive via our PM system regarding negotiations for buying or selling items will be warned ONE time, and if that warning is not effective in stopping the behavior will have their abilities to use this board revoked.
All sales and negotiations are between the INDIVIDUAL parties and any disputes are to be between buyer and seller only. OutdoorsFIRST provides this forum as a free service allowing our users to sell, trade, or buy items through the network of MuskieFIRST visitors, and offers no proof, warranty, or guarantee whatsoever.
This forum is NOT eBay and is not designed for retailing large amounts of new product, or as a place for people to make money by reselling second-hand products. Please respect it's intended primary purpose as a place for guests to sell used items for everyone's benefit.
Please keep your 'for Sale' titles a simple description, do not use all CAPS or long drawn out descriptions, multiple punctuation marks, etc., and do not post the price of the items in the title. (Do NOT alter the title to announce 'reduced prices', and do not use all or mostly caps to post the ad) DO NOT use 'Final sale' or other like phrases in the title in an attempt to dramatize the sale. Keep it simple, please.
