For me, maybe do a garicia line counter upgrades on some of our reels, a vexilar, ice shanty and a bowflex. Not sure I am buying all of that by christmas though. |

| So far I bought my wife a new digital camera, which will probably find it's way into the boat during the summer months. Otherwise I am working on getting an 8' rod for the upcoming season. I will just wait until I open all my presents before I go shopping for myself.

| Good question Ralph. i just picked up a new LamiGlas, the Hughes River model, thought i've been a good boy this year...but i guess i haven't been as good as you, no new big 'ol truck for me[;)] , sounds like you treated yourself to some topnotch stuff, good for you.
I'll probably have to go for some new tackle storage for christmas as well.
by the way, the Lamiglas Rod GC 6108, is a sweet rod for us big wood chuckers and mag bulldog lovers.
I saw my son participate in his school Christmas program, that was the best present i could possible recieve all year. it was sweet.

| Ho Ho Ho,
I was especially GOOD this year!
Being a single guy I took the money I would have had to spend on the wife or girlfriend, and bought myself:
1) Bass Pro Goretex shell 3xl-long
2) HP 2megapixel digital camera
3) Abu Garcia C5 6600 reel
4) Lots of lures (Thorne Bros has 8 bins full of 40% off as of yesterday 12/18!!)
5) Beckman Husky Musky treated net, 31" hoop is big enough for me!
6) Measuring stick, the floating kind!
7) a windstopper fleece to match the goretex shell--although Bass Pro's royal blue is actually purple.
8) 5/0 trebles and a Fudally weight kit
Plus my secret Santa (my brother) is getting me a cordless drill so I can add a bunch of lead to my Suicks and other jerk baits!
So, it'll be a merry Christmas for me!

| Looks like a new Z 71 Chevy for me. Don't know if it will be before Christmas but it will be very, very, soon now. Also a Shimano Calcutta 401 TE. I have been a very good boy. Oops, forgot to mention the wifes new car. We just had to get in on all that low low financing. |

| I bought the wife and I a new Sport Trac for x-mas. And for myself, a new home theater system.
I have to wait for open water to buy lures, etc. Otherwise she has a hard time justifying me spending the money if they won't be used for 6 months |

| I got a Garmin 76S. I got it at Amazon below the price that even E-Bay couldn't match. Also got me a prescription for Propieca and Viagra to get me hair to stand up straight for that Don King look. And I thought better living through chemistry was a 70's thing. |

| I've been trying to convince my wife to get away from her spinning outfit for northerns- she says she'll never give it up. So I just ordered [her] a Abu 5601 C4W, the blue one with the 3.8 winch gears, at a third off the reg. price. I'll give it to [her] for Christmas, and figure if she agrees to switch it'll be a nice gift...
If she refuses to switch, it'll still be a nice gift. [;)]
