Hi Guys,

I'm in the market for a new reel and really can't decide between the 301D or 401D. I owned a 401 TE in the past but got rid of it because it was a tad to wide for my comfort. Can someone make a picture of the 400B / TE next to a 400 or 401D? I live in the Netherlands and this reel isn't available here so I can't check it out in a tackleshop.

Krgds,

Richard

As you can see, the side of the reel you palm is also smaller in diameter which makes it more comfortable.

I own the 400 TE and also own a 400 D. The 400 TE feels big in my hand now after using the 400 D. I use the 400 D on my rubber rod and plan on picking up a 300 D this spring for my jerkbait and glider rod due to the faster line pick up.

Nice Reels IMO
