Dead serious - highly sought food fish, wahoo often goes for $15-$20 a pound. Fresh wahoo is better than Mahi-Mahi -IMO. King Mackeral are a poor eating fish but there are other member's of the Mackerel family that are wonderful..Pacific Sierra Mackerel make some of the best fish taco's and ceviche possible.

As stated earlier the captain's father cooked our fish for us. He asked if we mind only eating half and he keep the other. One half was great plenty for us and was by far the best fish I have EVER had, PERIOD! Attachments ---------------- Xmas Dinner 2012.JPG (276KB - 157 downloads)
