That is some of the best eating fish in the world! Thinking of wahoo cooked 5 different ways.....mmmmm Really? I always thought they were kind of like Mackeral - you can eat them, but.... WHY? Dead serious - highly sought food fish, wahoo often goes for $15-$20 a pound. Fresh wahoo is better than Mahi-Mahi -IMO. King Mackeral are a poor eating fish but there are other member's of the Mackerel family that are wonderful..Pacific Sierra Mackerel make some of the best fish taco's and ceviche possible. As stated earlier the captain's father cooked our fish for us. He asked if we mind only eating half and he keep the other.
