Just looking for opinions from folks who have this unit...

I currently have an elite 5x (B+W), without GPS or DSI. I have been thinking to upgrade to a color unit with GPS built in (DSI optional) so that I can remove the handheld GPS from my boat... does anyone have this unit? Cabelas has it on sale for $350 for the color/GPS and $400 for the color/GPS/DSI. Thoughts? DSI worth it? Worth the $$$ or do ya think I should stick with what I have and buy $400 worth of tackle?

It may be pertinent to know that 98% of my fishing is either walleyes, skis, or pike. I do a bit of downrigging in the summers too...

Excellent unit! I just ordered my new boat with two Elite-7,s. Try and get the 7 inch model if you can afford it!
