Location: Van Buren, Indiana | Can you get a regular wired pedal for a V2 that has the wireless currently? I see there is the extra set of wires we normally do not use, I was figuring it was for the wired pedal. I have not had time to call yet. The wireless does not have momentary switch like the wired. My buddy and I do not like that pedal, but love the remote on long runs on trolling motor only lakes, you can sit back eat a sandwich and some KVD "coookies" while moving to the next hot spot! |

| I believe so, I have the wired model and am looking at upgrading to the co-pilot or I-pilot, both basically plug and play upgrades.
Try looking up the upgrade "how to", there is a good video on YouTube. I think those wires will plug into the new pedal. To go wireless I know I would have to have a different control board but I think I could switch back and forth between the remote and the pedal using those wires.
Your best bet might be to call them if you were planning on it anyways. |

Location: Wisconsin River | On the v2 you can use a wired pedal with co-pilot though they will conflict with each other. one will cancel the others commands. with i-pilot, no pedal can be used. |
