Location: Minocqua, WI | Last month I acquired a 14ft jon boat. I'll be restoring it, building modifications to it, and turning it into a "muskie jumper" for the rivers.
I'm looking for a bowmount troller. Due to my requirements of keeping the boat as lightweight as possible for rough terrain, portaging, and getting past terrible to access places, the most power and weight I want for it is a 12 volt, 55lb system.
If anyone's got used but good condition Minn Kota Edge or Maxxum they want to get rid of, please get in touch with me, as you have a deal in-waiting.
Presently located in west burbs Chicago, willing to travel as far as Milwaukee/Rockford/etc for pickup.
Got a buddy asking $100 for a barely used 40lb Minn Kota All Terrain. I'm considering getting it but am hopeful I can find a better troller at the right price. |
