Gents,

was wondering what the difference in weight is between the regular pounder and the pounder double dawg? MTO has it at 20" and 16 oz. whereas some ebay stores and RH have it at 15-16 oz. How much heavier is the double dawg pounder than the pounder?

I guess I don't notice it being heavier on the rod tip - maybe it is an oz? But where the twin tails split its fairly large flat surface so it does tend to catch more wind, making casting into a stiff wind a bit more of a challenge vs standard pounder. But if you fish big rubber in the fall its a must have along with the monster dussa's

About the same in size and weight,..... Casting into the wind is just like any other lure( a bit Harder to do) but more vibration and a split second more hang time than the "normal" Dawg.
IMHO.

Jerome

p.s. My shoulders, arms, and wrist's have been sore for the last 4 weeks,..... What a Great lure !
