I've been looking for a kicker for my new trolling rig. Does anyone have any experience with the Tohatsu motors???

I was thinking of getting a 4 stroke 15 or 25 horse. I see some people on various boating websites say they are very reliable motors....but any musky fisherman have these??

Are they made by Nissan??

Phishin-

I would buy whatever engine you feel is the best for your $. As for the buy american, I cant back that. Competition leads to better products for everyone. Some of the best 4 strokes on the market are the Suzuki's. Check out http://www.wmi.org/bassfish/bassboard/boats_motors/index.html or the magazine Bass and Walleye Boats. These are some of the best tools I have found regarding new purchases.
