Subject: Prop Bait Questions

Hey guys... I have made a few bass lures before and some soft plastic muskie lures before but I want to make a topwater prop bait like a Topraider. What do you use as the propeller in the back? Can you carve a thin peice of wood for the prop or is that to fragile? What do you guys use for the tails on these lures? Thanks for any help!

Thanks that helps a lot... Could I make one out of wood too or would that not work. I will most likely use the metal ones for my first few but would like to experiment with sounds also. I just am wondering if it could work. Thanks for your help though!
