| Went out this morning to check on my suckers and to change the water. There was two-three inches of ice covering the top of the water. I thought the air bubbles would keep the ice from forming, OH WELL. Had to break the ice to get to them, a couple were dead and the rest were swimming in slush water sucking for air. I had to bring the whole setup down to the basement. The little lady is going to love this one, can't wait till she goes down there to do laundry, WHAT THE _ _ _ _ ARE YOU DOING DOWN HERE!!!!!![:0]
GOTTA LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!![:halo:] |

| I use a big rubber garbage can with a fish tank air pump.
I have two hoses feeding air to two big air stones, I then cover the can with a piece of plywood and put a couple of bricks on top to keep the critters out.
Cheap set up, and I have had up to a dozen big suckers at a time in there.
I'm down to two suckers now, I "NEED" to get out and put them to work!!!!!![:p] |
