Posts: 1906 Location: Oconto Falls, WI | After my debacle on Sat I needed a dumb musky in order for me to get fish in the bag. Luckily I found it on Sun! We have had the same fish visit the boat before but never on the same day! I have also caught tigers before, but never two in one day. Yesterday I managed to boat the same tiger musky a little over 4 hrs apart! First time the fish ate a sucker on the edge of a 12’ shelf at about 8:30 am. I ended up releasing the fish over 35’ of water which was about 100 yards from where I caught it due to drifting. At 12:50 am in the same exact spot another tiger ate my buckethead. Upon pulling it out of the net and measuring it, it sure seemed like the same fish but I figured no way. Upon further inspection it is! Way cool, and I am glad I found a dumb one! I possibly could have missed the same fish the day before on a sucker as twice I had a sucker eaten there but the fish never made the net. Posts: 8781 | Wow, that's cool. That one was either really hungry or really dumb. I'd have fed it a sucker for it's troubles! So much for the theory that once you hook a fish it's not coming back today. Edited by esoxaddict 10/15/2012 1:01 PM

Posts: 717 Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Very cool! But, do you mean 12:50 PM? As in shortly after noon? Or were you so far north in one of those spots where the sun never really fully sets?
