My Lowrance is frozen in on the GPS and does not allow me to zoom in or zoom out. Any suggestions on how to free up the zoom in and zoom out functions?

Turn It off and repower using the power and pages button at the same time soft reboot if that dosent work turn off and hold the zoom in and zoom out buttons and at the same time push the power button this is a hard reboot and you will lose your settings and waypoints hope the first try works. Good reason to back up waypoints I didn't
