| My local bait guy can get me 12-18 inch Creek Chubs for $2 a pop. Are they just as good as sucker minnows? |

Location: Madison, WI | Ive had better luck with pike hitting chubs compared to muskies but there isnt any set in stone guidlines for what they are hungry for. For $2 each Id get a few and go for it. |

| Fished all day once with chubs....nothing. Put on a sucker at the end of the day and caught one! Might be coincidence? |

| We started fishing with creek chubs last winter and found out that they work well around here (Kentucky).
The ones we use are only about 4 to 5 inches long. No one aruound here sells suckers or chubs. I wish they did. |
