me and a buddy are heading to st germain area this weekend....we are looking for some good lake to hit in the area...not looking for your secret lake just a good place to start...

So many good choices. Either Arbor Vitae lakes, depending on your rig. Or maybe Big St. Germain lake.

St. Germain is where I call home, So this is where I like now, Big Saint still lots of green weeds with defined edges, inside and outside turns and pockets, plus good rocks, or chances are I would be out on the Sugar Camp chain smaller chain with very good fishing plus you have Johnny Nicks on dam lake or Pitliks resort for food and drink.

PS Spangs is closed and has been all summer. There is Knockers Pizza in St. Germain.
