Hey guys so i've been talkin with some of my buddies and i have a friend who swears by the "believer" he says they're one of the best baits he's thrown in a long time, so i guess i'm looking for some input? I was looking on their site and they have a lotta options! So i guess any size preference or colors that work well? and i like the super believer but was just reading a topic that they were breaking and what not. So any info on the subject?

I have a number of these and like them. I prefer the straights after using both. I would not get too funky with the colors. Drifter's Nine Dollar Bass, Regular Walleye, and Black Sucker would be my preference for relatively clear water.

I caught my largest fish so far this year on a jointed believer with a yellow/orange pattern with black tiger stripes and a squirrely tail.

nice i like the black perch color i have such a wide variety of light crankbaits i need something in the darker versions but i liked the natural walleye as well, and i was reading a thread the other day about how the Super Believer with the squirrely tails were breaking and busting when you get a strike? I dont know if yall have had these issues but do they work better in the 10" or smaller?

Location: colorado | I like to use the jointed when i am trolling really slow over weeds. Have not had any problems with mine. Did talk to a man once that told my not to ever leave one in the hot sun. He had one pop and take on water. Think he left it on his dash, That is not a good idea with any lure in my opinion. |
