I didn't see a walleye, but lure parts online has some that are close

Lakewood supplies many of them, but some are exclusive to Mayhem and therefore you can only buy from Mayhem if they would even consider selling you just the blades, or some you can buy from Thornes, such as the Mayhem 13 blade.
