Looks like it could be a Jones bait but see what others think.

This is an older Jones Bait. You can tell by looking that Bill Crane helped in the design and/or manufacture of this lure. I found one of these stuck to a log while wading a stream in WV. I gave it to a friend who runs a baitshop. He recognized it as rare and possibly valuable and hung it up on his office wall. I've been trying to buy it back for a couple years with no success..lesson...don't part with old lures till you know what you have!!
