| Oh well, It had to happen sometime. I woke up this morning and noticed it was pretty bright outside. I look out the window and see 1/2" TO 1" of the stuff on the ground. Wont stay but it is a sad reminder the year is fast coming to an end. [:knockout:] |

| Dave,
I live in the south burbs and we have 6" and it's still snowing. I left my boat uncovered so I would be ready to pull out this morning and now it's filled with "SNOW"!!!! |

| South Burbs? I live there, too.............but there's not 6". In fact, the snow is gone. I was up around 7 this morning and we had about an inch on grassy areas. It was pretty exciting! If there's 6", I'm on my snowmobile. |

| Jim,
I live in the south/east burbs around lansing close to the Indiana border, must have been lake affect.
I even had to shovel this morning, we still have snow on the ground at 10:30 pm. |

| No snow yet here, but keep getting dustings to 2" that melt off. The forcast calls for some tonight, but not much. Landings are all frozen this AM. Winter, I do believe, has settled in the North Woods![:praise:] |

| You should come up (or down as the case may be) and fish here in Mad Town.
34 with light rain expected later today. Out yesterday and had no takers but it still is great to be out. |
