| I inquired about these two weeks ago because my current pedestal crapped the bed but havent received a call back responding to my questions.
Is there a better way to contact them? I would prefer to keep my money local and like the looks of these, but if I dont hear something soon I will have to go with one of the competitors.

| I called the company yesterday (FYI one phone number on website is no longer in service) and talked to a nice lady. She said they just redesigned something and they are much better now, but didnt explain what the changes were.
Anyways she took down my info and some guy is supposed to call me back. Hopefully he will soon because i need to replace that springfield seat that crapped out because whoever sits in that spot now gets punished!!! |
