Location: The desert | Running a 597ci with the internal GPS. The diagnostic screen says the GPS is connected and working, but the GPS will not get a fix on a single satellite. I've downloaded and installed the most recent updates for the unit and it still wont get a position fix. Any solutions? |

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Take it out of the garage! Sorry I couldn't resist, Mike. Call tech support, its kinda like calling your local fisheries biologist about a specific lake - somewhere in the conversation is the right answer(s), you just have to filter it.
OR - you could go here!

I had a feeling I'd end up calling tech support, but was hoping there would be a quick fix.
You all set for Cedar? |

Location: Mauston, Wisconsin | Yes, maps are all set, boat is 90% loaded. Tick, tick, tick, only 8 more days & we'll be headed to Cedar. I'm really pumped about this trip. I've done a bit of research on Cedar and have some good info from fellow MF member's, etc. Hope you get the GPS problem sorted out before you head up on your trip.....
Good luck!
