I 'm fishing with a seducer, getting alot of follows, and some attacks but the muskys are missing the lure when they attack.
Is there a better technique for this lure? (walk the dog)

Put bigger hooks on it, and you're probably setting the too early wait till you feel the fish to set the hook, try looking away from it till its close to the boat it's an easy lure to pull away from the fish

Not much you can do with a WTD lure. I'd try slowing the bait down and making sure the hooks are sharp.

the problem is when the musky attacks on the right the lure is going left or vis versa.

You might also try an extra #7 split ring on each hook. Just gives them a little more distance from the body of the lure.
