Location: Eastern Ontario | I would think most window manufacturers would have it. I used to get scraps from a local one for making lure lips. Edited by horsehunter 4/2/2012 6:34 AM

Posts: 1224 Location: Okoboji | if you go on youtube and look up acrylic aquarium building..i think the username is joey or something. get a table saw and some acrylic and rip your dimensions, sand the cuts, and square up and get a needle applicator and some weld on and get to fusing the plastic...easy!!!

Posts: 34 | Anyone know the thickness of the polycarbonate that just encase uses to make their boxes? I'm thinking about making a box built into my casting deck.

Posts: 216 Location: Middletown, Ohio | Check out this website, it's where I buy my Lexan for making lips. They are much cheaper than anywhere I could find in town. http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/default.aspx?catid=795&parentcatid... Mark

Posts: 34 | I have used US Plastics in the past and they do have good price but I am more interested in knowing what thickness of polycarbonate that I would need in order to stand on when making a built in tackle box in my casting deck.

Posts: 34 | I think I'm going to go with 1/8" Lexan and see where it takes me. It's supose to have 9000psi tinsil strength. Thinking about weld-on 45 to bond the sheets together.
