| Hi all,
Just wanted to point out (proven for the so maniest time it seems) that Roger is a great guy to deal with.
I'm from The Netherlands and I've been reading this forum for awhile now (unfortunately no musky's here but we do have big northern's). Anyway I got interested through this board in the hardhead bait made by H20.
I contacted Roger and ordered a small and medium size hardhead and asked him for the invoice and his paypal-adress. He answered that it would take a bit longer because he had to make them and he was waiting on the tails / materials, but didn't provide the payment details yet. Today they were delivered meaning he shipped them abroad before payment!
That is outstanding service in my book and I hope to do business again.

| Plus 1, you wont find a nicer guy in the business! All of his baits are awesome! Glad to hear he hooked you up! Your going to love the hardheads, they catch'em.

I got to meet Roger over the last 18 months at some musky shows. Outstanding guy and very nice. Makes some really nice lures too!!!

| Don't know the man or own any of his lures, but that definitely speaks volumes for his character. There are few people that would ship overseas prior to payment. |

Location: Perryville, MO | Yep...Roger is top notch. I had the same experience. I asked if he'd put together something mostly "white" for me in addition to a couple of stock colors. We exchanged a couple of emails concerning the custom. I asked for a total and where to send the money and he said just wait until he got the baits done. I expected to hear from him before finding the baits in the mailbox a couple of weeks later. Way cool. And the custom color was far beyond what I had hoped for. Faint silver scales over the white with a sweet black shad spot. |

Location: Hayward, WI | Just echoing what others have said. Roger's always been helpful with any questions I have and repainted one of his baits for me after getting chewed on by many muskies. He makes nice baits that hold up well and catch fish, and his customer service is hard to beat. This post reminds me that I need to add a few more from his lineup to my list.
