| I saw a video where someone put rod floats on the rim of the net to keep it afloat just in case. I was thinking about filling the handle with expandable foam like Great Stuff. Anyone ever do this? Do you think it will work? |

Location: Milwaukee, WI | I have heard of people filling the handle with great stuff. I think I am going to do it on mine, now that you mention it. |

Location: Indiana | Be careful of great stuff. I filled mine and it ever s slightly made the handle swell and it never deployed the same. I bought a new handle and have one of the bouys that float ski ropes attached with one of the bungee cords that has the stopper. I can take a picture if anyone is interested. |

Location: syracuse indiana | well i can telll ya this. if you fill the handle with the "stuff" you have to take the lock out and shove something like a old rag or a cut blocker out of something and make sure that its up past the stop then slide the handle off and fill from there. that way when its somewhat filled it will expan out the top and not the bottom then it can be cut even and the handle can be put back on.. that way there is no swelling inside the handle. i have 2 frabil's and have done this to both of them |
