I've always thought the medusas look great in the water, but I've never been able to land a fish with one. Finally, I caught and released this 41 incher today on a medusa lure. Everyone around me was throwing spinners and crank baits and I thought something different might work so I started throwing a medusa. After the first couple of casts, she nearly jerked my rod into the water on a figure 8 and then the next cast, she was on. Now I guess I'll be buying more medusas.

Medussas work great, most of this fish I've caught the last few years have been on medussas.

Medussa's really work great on lakes where the fish see a lot of bulldawgs. Those extra tails and different profile really set it apart.

I agree. The Bulldawg has always been "the" bait for years, but I beleieve fish become conditioned. The Medussa will out fish the Bulldawgs, not because I believe the Medussa is a better bait then Dawgs, just that muskies will hit it way more often because it's newer, unknown. Muskies love soft plastics and because I really don't care what they hit as I am not sponsored or have loyalty towards any, I throw what's hot now, not what use to be.
