Subject: suick problem

Went out today throwing a suick in the fox river near yorkville, il. I went to change the suick and noticed that the gold ring part that holds the tail and the last hook on was broken. It is split on the top of the bait and I cant pull it throw but will this be a problem in the future. If so how can I fix this. Thank for any advice

Sluggo,

Take the hook off the cotter key. Take a rubber band, run it through that cotter key, and to the middle hook. One on each side. This pulls the hook flat back along the bait. No more hook tangles, and the bait runs better.
