Location: In a shack in the woods | just got off the phone with lowrance and they want $600 to replace my hds7 that won't turn on. I can get a brand new one for $700 right now. Before I go and spend all this money I was wondering if there is anywhere that does repairs on the units. |

Location: Minnetonka | I had a guy crack open one of my Lowrances and and fix it few years ago... put a new screen in my X104 for 200 bucks.
My suggestion is to find someone that knows electronics, rather than paying the niche premium for a "GPS fixer".

| Sorry 2 hear another u r another person that had 2 deal LOWrance and there customer service.. my last fishfinder and handheld gps both had major problems and I got nowhwere with their customer service. I personally wouldn't put more than $100 into it and if that doesn't work bite the bullet and buy a humminbird.. u will never go back 2 LOWrance again. |
