| What the heck is wrong with this thing? I was using the 8"er today and I had two on that both got off fast. It has t'ed hooks and they are sharp. Although they are short shank and probobly only 2/0's (three of them). Would two 5/0's make a big difference? Should I make the gap wider? Should I use the bobbie bait as firewood? |

| Ahhh, I fell your pain(actually felt it a few years ago on the 8"). On the 8's I take off all three hooks, and replace the front and back one(split ringed with bucher rings) with bigger hooks than they come with. I either use the eagle claw 774 m if I can find them(reef hawg hooks) or a 5X VMC(Topraider hook). I've also used the Xheavy VMC 4X on the front and back. I do the same thing on 8" Jakes. This has helped hookups alot(I feel there are too many hooks on those smaller lures). |

| Don't feel bad schuler, my dad lost a behemuth today on a sucker, he set the hook a ton and never put hooks into it even though he fought it for several minutes. To put it this way, it was at least a two pound sucker and it's jaws went completley around the fish. |

| Zach,
What exactly was it you did to that gypsy woman anyway??? Did you mess with her daughter or what? You need to see a root doctor I think. [;)] |

| I have a 100% hooking percentage for my bobbie baits. I did splitring them all. Have you done that? It makes a LOT of difference |

| ToddM....your behemoth of a sucker was found still twitching on the surface by Boro/Luke....on SUNDAY. I am guessing this was the mother of all suckers.
