I think they both look great, if I had to choose I would take the bottom pattern. I have had great success with your baits this fall. Caught a heavy 50 inch fish this last week end on the 12 inch Sucker deep diver. I do have some concern on the split rings. The middle split ring almost opened up completly, scared the hell out of me. I have switched all of the rings with Wolverine rings. Have you had any other problems with your rings.

See you in Chicago.

Good luck, Murph

I like them both, like almost everone else. For the waters I usually fish,I would prefer the TOP one.I like the flash on sunny days.

Interesting, I would have thought that the top one would get the most votes. But what do I know, I only make them. Thanks for the input guys.

To answer a few questions:
Phish Killer, I should have them at the Musky Shows this winter

Anom, No, I’m not going to ask you to name it. I could care less what it’s called. I just wanted to know what you guy’s liked better.

Murph, Congrad’s on the fish and sorry about the split ring. I myself have never had any trouble with the ones that are on the lures, but if you want to use the Wolverine or a Bucher, have at it!

I agree with Jlong, for exactly the same reasons.

Very pretty baits, sir!

I like the top one. More flash for darker water.

Bill,
Great colors! I'll take 1/2 dozen in the Top color and a dozen in the Bottom color in Slammer Deep Divers!Airmail them today!!! Only 5 weeks left for this season, Hawgs are waiting for them. Capt. Larry

Wow! You get better every year. I like the bottom better. Since you’re getting so good, how about revisiting your perch pattern? Not complaining, it’s my most fish-catching pattern of yours.
Nice baits! Good-looking smaller divers, I can’t wait until Showtime.

nxtwrldrcd,
One of the custom colors that will be coming to the show's this winter will be a Holo-perch.

Bill-

Bottom for the same reasons and Jlong. Need the flash but also need the contrast. The top one I would think would drown out the contrast.

Looking forward to the shows this year. I need some more Slammer's.

I second the vote for a holoform perch pattern. I fish in Mn. most of the time and perch is always a predominate forage in most lakes. Perch usually "matches the hatch."

Also, how about a holoform firetiger type pattern for dingy water. Maybe I should say, more of a neon or flourescent perch pattern rather than fire tiger. What I'm trying to get across is a perch pattern that is brighter/flasher for use in dingy or alge water.

As for my choice of the 2 patterns listed, I would go for the top one.
