I am looking for feedback from those of you who got one of my gliders. Please e-mail me at [email protected] and let me know what you think.

If any of you want more information, or want to order one you can contact me at that address as well.

Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Mike H:

Have had swirls on both of mine at the boat, but no hookups yet. Probably my own fault, working them
too fast - need to slow it down. I keep telling myself
that, but I just won't listen!! I get to tapping, twitching, and ripping - the next thing ya know, I'm at mach 2.

They cast like a bullet and have good action. It's just a matter of time. They're awesome and better yet, they're unique. Really like that gawdy colored one you came up with for me. Calling it "Clown-Hulbert."

I am glad you had some action on them, that is good to hear. Did you see any size of the fish?
What do you like most about the lure?

Clown-Hulbert, I guess I can handle that!!! That color had my imagination running wild!

I saw that bait on the end of Slamr's rod last weekend. Nice work Mike.

From the short amount of time I ran it i can say this: use light taps, just enough to turn its direction, it will glide about 2ft if you get the right rythme and pull power onto the bait.

Luke,

Thanks, I am pretty pumped up about these baits. I am having a blast with these things. The responce was much greater than I ever would of thought.

I hope there is a Webster FATTY this weekend that is hungry for the STC Glider!

Great start. I thought the weight included was a little heavy and replaced it with a smaller one and it brought it to life. Gotta work it slow. What I'd like to see is an internally weighted verson since I'm not crazy about the JB weight system. I've had them get in the way of hook-sets and have casted them off. With an internal weighting I think you'll get even better action as well. Over all I give it a thumbs up []

1. Did you see any size of the fish?

Didn't get a real good look at them but would guess high 30s or low 40s.

2. What do you like most about the lure?

Two things; 1st - when you get the speed and rythem right, that boy GLIDES. 2nd - they're unique, folks don't just pick em up at every bait shop and discount store. Well, not yet anyway! (hint hint)

Just thought of a third thing. Last, but certainly not least - muskies are INTERESTED in them!!!

Hope you get your Webster FATTY

Mike K.

Brother Bob,
I'm bringing my STC to Webbie this weekend for sure. Lynne is going with us, but she's just hanging out. She'll be in the seat the whole time reading or something. So looks like we're on. I should be there around 8am. Sound like a plan??

Are you missing a can of Envirotex?? I think I have one of your cans at my house.
Can't wait to nail one on one of your lures.

Are these like an Amma Bamma?

No, the best way to discribe these lures are:

7 inches, they look like a reef hawg without the cut out "smile", they have 2 treble hooks, walk the dog, with the erratic motion of up and down at times, they also have a belly roll when working them back to the boat.

If you have more questions, e-mail me at [email protected]

Thanks,
Mike Hulbert
