I have the Sea Star Hydraulic steering on my 2003 Ranger 618vs with a 150
Suzuki. I noticed some noise last fall and this spring I was moving the steering
wheel around and noticed some hydraulic fluid under the unit. Is there a rebuilding kit?
How much do they charge for this job?

Is the leak by the steering wheel or by the motor?

There is rebuild kit for the cylinder. Make sure that the shaft is in good shape otherwise it will just ruin the seals. Part # of the seal kit is HS5157. To rebuild and bled the system is probably a 2 hour job at most.
