Im looking for a reel for those big double 10 and 13 blades. Which one is best for castability and pulling em through the water with ease?

This has been talked about a million time. Do a search in this forum, you'll be reading for hours. Basically the BEST would be a Shimano Tranx PG for slow rolling or a HG for burning. Other more affordable choices include. Shimano 700 TE, 400 TE with a power handle, or one of the Shimano Trinidad series.
