Location: Eastern Ontario | Back in the days of Dacron I used to switch to mono in freezing weather used to feel like I was fishing with a rubber band. |

Location: Janesville wi | I use 30 lb pline cxx a lot. It's a copoly not a mono though. It's less stretchy then a typical mono and it's very strong. It's also thicker than most 30lb monos. 80lb superlines are easier to break from my experience. |

| I would of recommened trying Cortland's Musky Mono but sadly it is no longer made. I use Big Game now but might give Vicious Off Shore a try.I see that Jim Saric trolls with it. kdawg |
