I remember the first time I had seen scale patterns like that, I was blown away!
If I remember correctly, it was Mark Smith of Smuttly Dog that did it first. After seeing his ,I totally went home a did a bunch that night for the Chicago muskie show in '03. Though Todd Clevland from Phantom showed me some oldies at his shop that had that as well. They were from waay back.
Cool looking, but time consuming . Keep it up
