Posts: 402 Location: Eagle River, WI | I don't really know how I should answer this. I would prefer to do 3 or 4 qualifiers and then a championship. Maybe one a month, skipping july because of high water temperatures, and then a championship in october. Basically the same general format as the PMTT. |

June, July (northern MN or WI), August, September, October Championship. |

Posts: 4080 Location: Elko - Lake Vermilion | I just want ONE, Well Organized Big Dollar Tournament per year on really good Muskie water.
I don't think another WMT,or PMTT will work,....The MAC tried that and it didn't work.
Do you really think that there is room for another "Trail" ?
One Mega Tournament per year.

| One Mega Tournament per year. what Jerome said. it's easier/preferable for me to dedicate a week for pre-fishing and tournament fishing for a single mega-event than to try and scrape long-weekends together chasing a trail in the hopes of qualifying for a Championship. it saves on all the associated travel and lodging expenses aw well (in comparison to multiple events), which means i can afford a higher entry fee. of course, for people to be willing to show up to a single high expense event they have to be very confident in the organizer.
