Has anyone had trouble with In-Fisherman and your magazine subscriptions...I'm lettin' my subscription run out. It's not what it used to be, and I'm surprised Doug Stange and the other "veterans" there have let it go like that. I call them about my problems and they just keep transferring and putting me on hold..I HATE IT!!!
ok sorry about that, just had to get that off my chest.

Last In-Fishermen mag I looked at had more advertising then content, a lot more. Not what one should be looking for in a mag. [:blackeye:]

I notice that more and more with each issue...it just seems they don't care about their subscribers.

The Linders sold out a couple years ago. It's pretty apparent when they did. Just take a look at your old mags vs. the new ones. Get used to it and get yourself a sub to EA instead.

I had a lot of trouble the last time I renewed my subscription. It took 6 months to straighten it out. I will now get it at the news stand if their is an article I have interist in. It is sad it was the best.

There is no doubt that InFish has changed since the Lindners left. But, Stange's writing is better than ever, in my opinoin the most entertaining "outdoor writer" in print today, and that alone makes the magazine worth getting. Add to that the occasional muskie contributions from the likes of Pearson and Johnson, and of course the "North with Doc" column crackes me up every time.

I agree the magazine isn't what it used to be, but I've never had a subscription problem and I still enjoy it. I've not found another multi-species mag that's better.

I like the magazine but for me having one musky article in every other issue was not enough for me. They were good but not enough.

I don't subscribe, I buy it off the shelf when its a good one. But when MH and EA arrives, I usually stop what I'm doing.
