Random quote: A couple of young fellers were fishing at their special pond off the beaten track when out of the bushes jumped the Game Warden. Immediately, one of the boys threw his rod down and started running through the woods like a bat out of hell, and hot on his heels came the Game Warden.

Tested a new prototype bait at St Clair last week and WOW! It caught well over half of the 70+ fish we landed in just 4 days! The bait has a thinner top/bottom profile than the original 5 1/2"....Its about 4 3/4" in length and weighs slightly less than 2 oz. as apposed to the 2.5 oz. Hammer. The Lil' Hammer has a nice thumping action and sway back and forth in a 1 foot path approximately. Heres a photo of them compared to the regular straight Hammer. Will hit the market this fall I'm planning.

Look great Paul. Those might even work good on Erie walleye.

I will be taking a few out to Erie this week in fact! We did catch a couple walleye on them at St Clair trolling 4.5 mph! Anyway, I'm thinking they will hit the market sooner than I anticipated. Thanks for the comments everyone!
