Phantom has a 12"er. Hard to find right now. But I should have some available at Musky Tackle Online in a few days.

Esocidae, they'll make all of their colors in the 12"er.

I have a 12" Phantom and a 14" Danczyk and they are very heavy (probably close to 2 lbs each). You will need a pretty stiff rod to throw them and you must work them slow. New 10" Hellhounds with softtail might be a good choice for you and they won't break the bank.

Soon on the Softail, Ed. They're still working on getting it right before they release it.

I don't think I can even imagine a 12" Phantom. The 10" version was huge, the 12" must be ridiculous.

Phantom has already made some limited production 12"ers with a soft tail. They were all wood and were great!

Todd makes a great bait!

I just checked MTO and they have 12" Phantoms in stock. They weigh 15oz and cost $42. I saw an ad for the 14" Hellhounds in the new Musky Hunter today. I wonder how many more years until the "big" novelty crankbait in my room is in the boat. The body is only 13", maybe it will see the water in the next year or two.

I hope the phantom improves their finish. I bought three last year and all of them lasted a couple of fish and started peeling. Thanks Rollie and Hellen's for swapping one of them out.

I've had some of my old wood ones peel. But that was at least 8 years ago. I've had no problems with the plastic ones and I'm always repairing baits (usually from bad casts rather than fish). A very well made bait.
