Subject: Expected Ice Up?

Given the forecast for Northern WI this week, what is the chance of freeze up in shallow bays? I am headed up to fish in Vilas County for a few days later this week and I want to fish certain lakes but the launch access to the main lake basins is in shallow isolated bays. Do you expect these will freeze up or will any ice formation be minimal and one will be able to break ice to get out? Thanks in advance.

Looks like minimal freezeup. If it gets above freezing every day and the winds are blowing, it shouldn't freeze too bad. Skim ice is a certainty, though.
