How much do these baits sell for?

Say you buy a $20 lure and put a custom paint job on it. Whats it sell for?

How about a hand built glider. What do they sell for?

I just want a ballpark figure, I know it can vary greatly.

Thanks Dustin

You may get most gliders up to $45 but then there are those that go as high a couple hundred, it all depends on quality and who you are..

Paint work goes $5 to $18 a bait.

yep i agree,,,you really have to be somebody and have one heck of a bait to get the price up there though. you just have to have some killer stuff a good price though, there are a lot of good shots out there.

some guys do charge 5 dollars for a paint job and topcoat...i dont know how good it could be or how they could get ahead doing that.

Sounds on par with bass lures.

I've had guys offer me $45 for a glider, and at the same time his friend will think $25 is too high....."You're just gonna get it stuck in a tree."
I have always been willing to pay more for hand made gliders and cranks, because I know how many man hours went into making those lures.
