| I have noticed that Fudally advertises the Reef Hawg as "The original. No. 4 all-time musky-catching bait!" I assume that buck tails are number one. What lures hold spots two and three? I'm guessing live bait rigs (if they count in this list) or perhaps an older bait like the pikie-minnow. Rapalas used by bass and walleye fishermen have caught a lot.
Just curious.
Also curious about the authority who made the list up. Who might that be.

| I THINK the claim comes from the Muskies Inc registration list. Not absolutely certain, but pretty sure. That database is a big one, so if the bait is number 4 there, that is probably right.[8)] |

| Suick Thriller is up there, too, and I would suspect Bobbie Bait. I think I read the list on Muskie's Inc. or maybe an article on old-time lures.
I need to dig up a book from Muskies Inc, the one with a title like "500,000 Muskie Fishing Facts". I think they had the Top 25 all-time baits, according to all the fish registered on their database.
