This is my first ever fishing for muskys and i just have to say I have been missing out! I have no boat but have found some good spots here in madison to fish from shore and have been averaging about 2 a week, along with a ton of northerns. Here are my best so far with my PB as the 44 inch tiger, I have only been fishing for them for about 2 months. I think im doing a good job so far.

You are doing better than I have done over the last 4 years, and I have a boat. Great photos and welcome to MuskieFirst!

If you can catch that many fish without a boat, you're a heck of an angler.

Thanks guys, I have done my homework and put in alot of hours to get this far. There were days I thought my arm was going to come off. And than right when I am about to call it a day bam! Most of my luck has come on the crappy days. You know were you think your just nuts sitting out in the rain throwing big lures, thinking I bet the fish are just down there laughing at me. I know I have been very lucky so far, and I don't take that for granted. I did loose a fish the other day that would have crushed my PB I would say upper 40's for sure. After the third time having her up close she took a jump about ten feet in front of me and threw my lure at me thanks aging I can't believe I was missing fishing for these guys my whole life.

You're doing a heck of a lot better this year than I am from my boat. With your addiction setting in, I see a boat and about a zillion more lures in your future!

Thanks, I managed to beat my PB the other day with a 45 1/2!!! Now I am working on a 47 as my next goal.
