Subject: Containers and anti-rust dividers?

I bought some containers with the blue anti-rust dividers througout the year and noticed a common problem, they don't eliminate the rust from occuring on the hooks. I actually see more rust on the lures than I did before(this is after they have been completely dry also), kind of crazy. Anyone else have this happen to their lures? Also, was curious to know if these blue dividers could somehow have a scent that would de-tract a Musky. Thanks for the help!

No rust on my lures and i don't even use anything. Don't put your lures away wet and they won't rust.
