Location: minocqua, wi. | haven't heard but will check around. the new business in minocqua has about a 5% success-rate but it will be easy for them to find a building because every building in town is for sale ... except maybe rollie and helens and kurt's. there is one other one if you know where to look for it but it pales in comparisson to the aforementioned ones.
good luck but i give them until the bank figures it out.
the two that lead are different enough to each, yet compete on some other things. both well run and good places with equity in the area. as for live-bait that opens up quite a few more (ICO - hazelhurst/woodruff) who do a good job keeping fresh bait available.
that's the absolute last business i'd consider opening in minocqua ...
