| Folks,
I have a friend with a LCX-104c with the LGC-12W puck who is wondering if the newer pucks (the 3000 or 4000) are compatible. Or does he need to find an LGC-12W? Anyone know the answer? I am having a hard time figuring it out.
Thanks,
Chris |

Location: Lake of the Woods, Morson, Ontario | As far as I know, you have to have the proper puck for the series of unit you are running. Had a friend/guest with one that went bad on a 104 this summer and he found a couple at Reeds in Walker. They had a few left when he got his late July. I'd give them a shout ASAP. |

Location: Otsego, MN | Call Thorne Brothers they are pretty knowledgeable about electronics. I bought a old 330 lowrance and popped the update in it and hooked it up to a new 4000 puck and it works like a charm. I think the 330 are the 104 are around the same time so you might have a shot with that. |

| There is a Lowrance LGC-12W puck on Ebay right now.
BTW, if anyone has an old LMS 350A head unit they could part with dirt cheap, please let me know. Thanks.
