Location: South Portsmouth, KY | im looking at a 2001 619 that has a 150 on it but I noticed the hp rating was 200. I've always heard not to underpower a boat. Any of you had this combination before? What would top speed be? Thanks |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Heckel's Marina in Eagle River sold a handful of these prior to them going belly up. If I remember right, low forties to mid forties was the top end, propping and overall weight was the key in getting 45 versus 41-42 mph. |

Location: South Portsmouth, KY | since its rated for a 200 and its got a 150 on it does that cause any concern since its underpowered by 50 hp? |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | I wouldn't own a 619 with a 150, not enough motor for my liking. Will it work, yep, but that motor will be working a lot harder than a 200 and you'll be using a lot more gas because you'll have to run it at a higher rpm.
That's a big deep boat with a large fuel capacity, not enough motor imho. Also, having only a 150 will effect your resell value to a lot of people.
