Heading up to lower manitou (buddy's cabin is on the north end) for the first time ever this week. Any pointers or suggestions? I assume it's classic Canadian shield water, but anyone care to share experiences or any of the specific nuances for muskies there? Thanks!

i would fish your normal shiled stuff. there are some nice weed beds, saddles with weed beds and reefs up in the north end here and into the straits. stop on by if you are around our place, we are located on the north end.
