| Yes, she was a spotted 48"er. My first Minnesota muskie.
Looks like I should have been holding a bonefish or something.

| Awesome fish Beav, and after your luck in the match fishing well earned. I also want to commend you on getting into the release, dare you to do that in the next couple of months back in Sconny. |

| I think I would be suffering from a bad case of "Frightened Turtle Syndrome" if I did[;)]
It was cool being in the water with her. My daughter even came in and gave her a few affectionate pets.

| The albatross + the whales they are my brothers....I do hope you submerged yourself entirely + did a backward tail walk after the release! Cool pic dude...of the fish![;)] You gotta make it down to Cave Run this spring; we'll get Tony to divulge the hot wing secret spot + have you eating grits before you go home. Just hung a treestand 15 yards from the corner of the house in the woodline in a vain attempt to convince meself I'm having an authentic outdoor experience here in a couple weeks! let me know how bow season goes....[:sun:] |
| |
| Tony, yes she got to see it. She got right in the water with me and was petting the fish. She thought that it was cooler than petting the stingrays at the Mall of America.
That fish came on the day after the tourney. So much for the myth about you guys putting the fish down for everybody else.
