| There is a new member of our muskie fishing family.
My wife just gave birth to a BEAUTIFUL BABY BOY last night, James Thomas Jr. This is our first child. What a TRUE MIRACLE! I am already a changed man! What an experience!
I'm calling Reed's this weekend to order a St. Croix and a Calcutta 250 for his birthday gift next year.

I have raised two muskie fishermen, and enjoyed EVERY minute of it. They are both adults now, but wet a line with the 'old man' at every opportunity.

My wife is due with our first child on November 1st and is starting to get anxious. I have a feeling we are in for a long next month and half.

Nothing like that first one...just remember not to let the wife eat hot sauce if you guys plan to do the "self feeding" program, we found out the hard way + were both up ALL NIGHT constantly changing baby sponge, who whailed + spewed the whole time. It's ok for you to eat it though! Bond well w/ little dude + enjoy him to the max!!![:sun:] |

| congratulations ! my little one will turn one on the 19th. that little baby is gone way too soon so enjoy it while you can. the next stage is even more fun-trying to crawl, talk and walk! our other one is 7 and that will happen before you know it so take time and enjoy him every chance you get. some of the chores around the house can wait while you have some special time with the little one.[:bigsmile:] [:halo:] |

| Way to go Jim, hope the little guy and mom are both in great shape. I know that dad is a mess but that will get better. Take care of both of them, teach the little one about the outdoors and he will turn out great as well. Won't be long and he will be boating his 1st big one, enjoy. |

| Congrats Jim!!!! You wont believe how cool it will be. Dont worry about some of the up coming nights...its not tooooo bad. The awesome things far outweigh any temporary loss of sleep or diaper blowouts your son may seem to have. Just dont get up 6 times a night to check on him and drive your wife crazy like i did. |
